In the Pointman Bible Study, we go through the Bible in one year using the Daily Bible in Chronological Order (365 daily readings) NIV with commentary by F. LaGard Smith (publisher Harvest House). This makes the Bible easier to understand, because each day we read a commentary on the Biblical text that we are about to read. The four gospels are combined in this study Bible.
To complement this study we use "The Quest Study Bible" NIV published by Zondervan. One of the primary purposes of the Quest Study Bible is to answer many of the questions people are likely to have as they read through the Bible. With over 100 Bible scholars, pastors and writers developing the questions, great insight is obtained from God's word as one reads through the Bible.
